This website, u10.me, is run by u10 LLC ("U10", "we", "us"). U10 is a digital marketing studio: we create digital products with authors and sell them under our own brands. You can reach us at [email protected] or through the form on our Contact page.
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
2. What this website is for
u10.me tells you about our studio, our services for authors and our brands. Nothing is sold or paid for on u10.me itself. Our digital products are sold on the websites of our brands, and each brand website has its own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Delivery Policy. Those documents apply to every purchase you make there. Where they differ from these terms, the brand's documents apply to that purchase.
Our brands today are:
- NIGHTLIGHT NOTES: a baby sleep guide (PDF) and an optional sleep and feeding tracker (Google Sheets)
- CORE RESET: a postpartum core guide (PDF) and an optional printable checklist
- Wide Berth Walks: a guide for walking a reactive dog (PDF) with a printable tracker and an optional add-on
- Small Steps Social: a guide to growing on Threads (PDF) and an optional template pack
- One Sheet Weddings: a wedding planning spreadsheet (Google Sheet and .xlsx) with a PDF guide
3. Digital products of our brands
Our brands sell digital files, such as PDF guides, printable checklists and spreadsheet templates. They are delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped. See our Delivery Policy.
- Seller and payment. Orders and payments are handled by Western Bid, Inc. (3500 W Hallandale Beach Blvd, Pembroke Park, Florida 33023, USA), our authorized reseller and the seller of record. When you buy a product of our brands, you buy it from Western Bid, which takes your payment on its own secure checkout (card or PayPal) and charges you. u10 LLC creates the files, runs the brand websites, delivers your order and answers your questions. We never see or store your full card number.
- Price and currency. All prices are in US dollars (USD). The price shown before you pay is the price you pay. Any tax that applies is shown at checkout.
- One-time payment. Every purchase is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
- Statement descriptor. The charge may appear on your card or bank statement as "WESTERN BID" or "westernbid.com | Pembroke Park, FL".
- Refunds. Every product comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy. If something is wrong with an order, please email us before you open a dispute with your bank, so we can fix it.
- Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to buy a product.
- License. When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-commercial license to use it. You may not resell, share or publish the files. If you get a refund, the license ends.
- Results. Our products are for general education. Results vary from person to person, and we don't promise any specific result. Read the disclaimer on the brand's website before you buy.
- Order refusal. We or Western Bid may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, a clear pricing error or a legal restriction. If a paid order is cancelled, you get a full refund.
- Legal and export restrictions. We don't sell products where U.S. sanctions or Western Bid's rules prohibit the sale, or to people on U.S. sanctions lists.
4. Services for authors
The services described on this website (for example, the Launch, Growth and Studio plans) are offered only under a separate written agreement between u10 LLC and the author or company. Nothing on this website is an offer that can be accepted by clicking a button. Requests sent through our forms are not contracts.
5. Using this website
You may use this website for personal and business information. Please don't:
- copy, sell or republish the content of the website without our written permission;
- try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to the website;
- send spam, malware or unlawful content through our forms.
6. Content and intellectual property
The texts, images, logos and design of this website belong to u10 LLC or are used with permission. U10 and the names of our brands are our trademarks. You may share links to our pages.
7. Links to other websites
This website links to other websites, including our brand websites and the websites of Western Bid and FormSubmit. Other companies' websites are run under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". The articles and guides on this website are general information, not legal, financial, medical or professional advice. To the extent the law allows, we don't give any warranty that the website is free of errors or always available.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, u10 LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. For a product you bought from one of our brands, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that can't be waived.
10. Governing law
A purchase of a product of our brands is a sale by Western Bid, Inc. It is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and disputes about it go to the state courts in Broward County, Florida, or the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, as set out in Western Bid's Terms and Conditions. Nothing here takes away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country or state where you live.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version is posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and applies from that date. A purchase is governed by the version that was in effect on the date of the order.
