1. Who is responsible
u10 LLC runs this website and is responsible for your personal information. Contact: [email protected], or the form on our Contact page.
This policy covers u10.me. When you buy a product on one of our brand websites, that brand's Privacy Policy also applies.
2. What we collect
- Contact and project forms. When you send a form on our Contact, Start a project or Partnerships page, we receive your name, your email address, your message and anything else you type into the form, plus the address of the page you sent it from.
- Newsletter forms. When you subscribe to our launch notes, we receive your email address and the page you subscribed from.
- Emails you send us. Your email address and the content of your message.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting and content delivery providers log technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser type, the pages you open and the time of the visit. These logs are used to run and protect the website.
We don't ask for payment details on u10.me. Payments for our products are made on Western Bid's checkout, and we never see or store your full card number.
3. How our forms work (FormSubmit)
u10.me has no backend of its own. Every form on this website is sent through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service. FormSubmit receives what you enter in the form and forwards it to our team by email. FormSubmit processes this information under its own privacy policy. We use the information only to answer your request or to send you the newsletter you asked for.
4. Why we use your information
- to reply to your questions and project requests;
- to send you our launch notes, if you subscribed;
- to help with orders, deliveries and refunds for products of our brands;
- to keep the website working and secure and to prevent fraud and abuse;
- to meet our legal and tax obligations.
We send marketing emails only to people who subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any of our emails or by writing to [email protected].
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with these categories of companies, and only as far as they need it to provide their service:
- FormSubmit, which delivers the forms on this website to us by email;
- our email provider, which hosts our mailboxes;
- our hosting and content delivery providers, including Cloudflare, which serve this website;
- Western Bid, Inc., our authorized reseller and the seller of record, and its payment companies (such as Stripe and PayPal), when you buy a product of one of our brands;
- authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Cookies and browser storage
This website doesn't use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising pixels. All scripts on the website (Webflow, jQuery and GSAP for layout and animation) are loaded from our own server. If you close the newsletter box in the corner of the page, we store one small value in your browser's local storage so the box stays closed on your next visit. It isn't used to track you.
7. Do Not Track
Because we don't track visitors across other websites, our website doesn't change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals.
8. Third-party tracking
We don't allow other companies to collect information about your activity on our website over time or across other websites. If this changes, we'll update this policy before it happens.
9. How long we keep it
We keep personal information as long as we need it to answer your request, to send the newsletter you subscribed to, to handle orders and refunds and to meet legal and tax obligations. After that we delete it.
10. Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] from the address you used with us. We'll reply within 30 days.
11. California residents
California law gives you rights to know, delete and correct your personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email [email protected]. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
12. Visitors from the EU and the UK
We use your information to answer your request or to send the newsletter you subscribed to, based on your request and your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time, and you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
13. Children
Our website and products are for adults. They aren't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
14. Security
The website is served only over HTTPS. Access to our mailboxes is limited to our team. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
15. International processing
Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.
16. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If a change is significant, we'll also email the people it affects.
