1. What you get
Our brands sell digital files: PDF guides, printable checklists and trackers, and spreadsheet templates. The product page and the checkout of each brand list exactly what is included, the file format and the number of pages.
2. How we deliver
Digital delivery only. No physical item is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.
3. When
Right after your payment is confirmed, you get a download page and an email with your download link.
4. Google Sheets templates
Some products include a Google Sheets template. To make your own copy you need a Google account. Where a product includes an .xlsx version of the template, you can use it without a Google account.
5. Didn't get your files?
First check your spam or promotions folder. If the email isn't there, write to [email protected] from the email address you used for the purchase, and we'll resend your link as soon as we can.
6. Keep a copy
Please save your files after you download them. If a link stops working, email us and we'll send it again.
7. If we can't deliver
If we can't deliver your files, we'll refund you in full. See our Refund Policy.
