Refund Policy

Every digital product sold by the brands of u10 LLC comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If a product is not for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked, and you don't need to delete or return anything to ask.

2. Which products it covers

The guarantee covers the digital products of every brand of u10 LLC. Each brand also has its own Refund Policy with the same 30-day guarantee:

3. How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address you used for the purchase and tell us the name of the product. A reason is welcome but not required.

4. When and how you get the money back

Orders and payments are handled by Western Bid, Inc. (3500 W Hallandale Beach Blvd, Pembroke Park, Florida 33023, USA), our authorized reseller and the seller of record. Western Bid sends the refund to your original payment method. We send the refund as soon as we confirm your order. How long it takes to reach your account depends on your bank or PayPal.

5. After a refund

After a refund, your license to use the product ends.

6. Payment problems

If you were charged twice for the same order, or you paid and never received your files, write to us and we'll refund the extra or undelivered payment in full.

7. Please contact us first

If something is wrong, please email us before you open a dispute or chargeback with your bank. We'll sort it out with you. The charge may appear on your statement as "WESTERN BID" or "westernbid.com | Pembroke Park, FL".
